TodoMessenger helps teams communicate, assign work, track reminders, and use Blu for structured follow-up. This page explains what information we process, why we process it, and how we handle it.
What we process
Information needed to run the product.
TodoMessenger may process account information such as your name, work email, profile details, workspace membership, role, device identifiers, and authentication session data.
TodoMessenger may also process conversations, messages, tasks, assignees, due dates, reminders, push tokens, invite links, and integration settings needed to provide messaging and task coordination features.
Blu and AI features
How Blu uses context.
When you ask Blu to summarize a conversation, suggest tasks, organize follow-ups, or support another AI feature, selected chat, task, or workspace context may be sent to the TodoMessenger backend and then to an AI service provider to generate a response.
We use only the context needed to fulfill the requested feature, and those AI features are part of the core product experience.
Contacts, invites, and notifications
Communication support features.
TodoMessenger may process contact or invite-related information when you choose to invite teammates or connect with people in your workspace. Contact access should happen only with your permission.
The app may also process device push tokens and reminder metadata so message alerts, task reminders, and other notification flows can be delivered reliably.
Storage and infrastructure
Where data may be stored or processed.
TodoMessenger uses backend services, databases, and client-side storage to keep the product working across sessions and devices. Some local data may be stored on your device or in browser storage so the app can restore state and improve usability.
TodoMessenger may rely on third-party providers for hosting, notifications, analytics, AI support, and integrations, including providers such as Render, Netlify, PostgreSQL hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging, OpenAI, Google services, and future connected workplace platforms.
Your choices
You stay in control of optional features.
You can choose whether to use AI features, connected apps, and future integrations. You can also clear local app data using your browser or device settings, depending on where you use TodoMessenger.
Organizations using TodoMessenger may also control workspace setup, access rules, and permitted integration behavior.
